COVID-19 GUIDELINES

In the interest of the health and safety of South Charleston residents and visitors, we are currently Safe at Home. The South Charleston Convention & Visitors Bureau is working closely with the City of South Charleston https://cityofsouthcharleston.com/, state and local officials, public health officials, and our partners in hospitality. We will continue to monitor developments and keep you updated.

At this time, West Virginia Governor Jim Justice has issued a stay-at-home order for the State of West Virginia. Individuals, to the extent possible, should stay at home and distance themselves from others. This is in addition to the statewide shutdown, mandating that all non-life-sustaining businesses close physical locations.

The SC CVB strongly encourages everyone to adhere to the health policies recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-nCoV/index.html, such as frequent handwashing.
